October 20, 2009Newborn baby Brady is 7 days old and one of the sweetest things! Brady was born at 37 weeks but you’d never know it ! He came into the world nice and healthy at a 8 lbs and 14 oz and got to come home from the hospital after only two days. He slept like a champ for most of our shoot and barely made a peep…I think he really enjoyed the warm air of the space heater that I brought along for our shoot. I was so excited that the weather was warm enough to take him outside for a few shots! Everyone knows how much I love outdoor photos…Brady looked so beautiful in this basket as I photographed him in his parents’ back yard and along the water banks behind their beautiful home.
This little man is definitely loved! His proud mama and doting grandmas watched our shoot with huge grins on their faces! I can tell they are all mesmorized by little Brady and will stay that way for a very long time! Adrienne and Ryan, I hope you treasure these images of your beautiful son forever! He is perfect and I am so thrilled for you both! Brady is a lucky little guy!

You can really tell how tiny he is by this shot in mama’s hands (oh and he totally has mama’s lips):
For this shoot I was loving some moody black and whites!
And we got some light, airy black and whites too (I love color but something about newborn shots in black and white really speaks to me!):
And this one was something a little different
