Beach Boy! Palm Beach Child Photographer
August 21, 2009Earlier this week I took my little guy to play at the beach. As soon as we arrived and he saw the ocean, he started calling out “agua…..agua!” Yes, my little man is learning some Spanish words from his wonderful nanny and I could not be more proud.
More than anything, though, I really enjoyed seeing the beach through his eyes. The sand, the water, the grass, the shells, the surfers, the waves….he was in awe of it all and every step meant more to explore. We were both covered in sand by the time we headed back and despite attempts to rinse off, I am still finding grains of sand in my hair. I am not sure how prudent it was to take thousands dollars worth of camera equipment on a beach play date with my son, but all is well that ends well. To me, these shots are priceless, mommy goggles and all.
