Baby Shay is One! Palm Beach Child and Baby Photographer

This gorgeous little girl is getting ready to celebrate her first birthday and I was thrilled to do her one year portraits (we did them a little early so that the images can be displayed at her party). I just love her big brown eyes (look how they sparkle) and that gorgeous smile! She is such a doll and makes me totally want a little girl of my own. Anyhow, we did some family shots, some individual shots, some shots in her pale pink birthday dress, and finally enjoyed watching her try cake for the very first time. Like most babies trying cake for the first time, she was not sure that she liked the stikiness of it all, but was a great sport and smiled away like a champ! Mom had a neat little trick to coax that beautiful smile out….she sang U2’s “Beautiful Day” but changed the words to “beautiful girl” and it worked every time! It’s neat how parents often know the special tricks that work for their little one!

Sharon and Jose, thank you for welcoming me into your beautiful home and for letting me capture this special time in Shay’s life! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek! I will get the rest of your gallery to you soon. Oh, and Miss Shay, happy early birthday to you, baby girl!!

Beach Boy! Palm Beach Child Photographer

Earlier this week I took my little guy to play at the beach. As soon as we arrived and he saw the ocean, he started calling out “agua…..agua!” Yes, my little man is learning some Spanish words from his wonderful nanny and I could not be more proud.

More than anything, though, I really enjoyed seeing the beach through his eyes. The sand, the water, the grass, the shells, the surfers, the waves….he was in awe of it all and every step meant more to explore. We were both covered in sand by the time we headed back and despite attempts to rinse off, I am still finding grains of sand in my hair. I am not sure how prudent it was to take thousands dollars worth of camera equipment on a beach play date with my son, but all is well that ends well. To me, these shots are priceless, mommy goggles and all. Family of Six! Palm Beach Child and Family Photographer

These parents definitely have full hands with four adorable kids, including handsome older brothers and two year old identical twin girls. They were all so full of life and energy and really embody the spirit of childhood. I had fun chasing the girls and being silly with the boys. Don’t you think Mom did a great job coordinating outfits for everyone? The colors are great!

Anyhow, Stephanie, it was a pleasure photographing your beautiful family! I hope you enjoy this sneak peek and that these pictures continue to bring you joy for many years as Preston and Ryan grow into young men and as Morgan & McKenzie grow into young ladies!

I had the pleasure of photographing two of the most gorgeous little girls and their family. I love the connection they all have and I hope these photos portray how much fun they seem to have together. The matching dresses were just icing on the cake for me (mom of a boy, haha!).
